        This is one of the only proper Mercedes indie shops in Rhode Island. Fred has done transmission services on both of my vehicles (14' E550 & 18' GLE43) and a bunch of other work on others. He's affordable, timely, communicable, and talented; as are his team members. Highly recommended!

        Fred was able to diagnose a problem that baffled three other Certified shop technician / mechanics during the previous few weeks. The problem was caused by a brand new defective Mercedes Benz Factory Part which I had supplied to Fred. I had the car back in two days even with my having Fred perform a few additional repairs. Fred is extremely knowledgeable , exceptionally fair with pricing , and one of the best mechanical technicians that I've even known in my 50 + years in the automotive repair business.
