Very disappointed at my last oil change visit. During checkout/paying it was suggested a cabin filter change...came home, checked it, had a huge mouse nest in it and tons of acorns! Thanks for telling me instead of suggesting it be done while you were working on the car!!! Also during check out, told I need 2 new tires, i responded how much and go ahead and put them on. Ohhhh no I was told, too late in the day to do that. Sooo not only did you lose an instant tire sale, you have lost my future business. Signed, a former very loyal balise VW customer

I initially started going to Balise VW service because it is a little closer than other VW dealerships, now I go because the staff and waiting area are excellent. The service advisor Ann is always so pleasant and helpful, and the technicians/mechanics are fast. Just drive in and give them your keys. Before you know it your vehicle is parked right outside the door waiting for you. The waiting area is great as well. Free Wi-Fi and coffee, plenty of seating, a television, and a couple of vending machines too. Never a bad experience here. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
