I was hesitant on writing this review as the issue that I brought my car in for was fixed however, the state in which my car was returned was so dirty and there was a chunk on my door ripped off. I shouldn't have taken my car back there after the first visit when it was raining out and they decided to leave my door open out in the parking lot while looking under the hood. My entire front seat was soaked. I get it, I drive a used old jeep but that shouldn't be an excuse to mistreat my property. There was so much more that I wasn't happy with but it is what it is. I don't know why it's so difficult to find a decent mechanic in RI.
