Finally getting around to repairing an issue caused by an install they did for me in January of 2021 instead of sending wires in some conventional way through the firewall, they chose to slice a hole through a rubber cover that enters the cabin. Any time there is an excessive amount of rain or I am parked on a slope, the drivers side floor floods. Maybe their work forte is better elsewhere, but for supposedly upfitting numerous other emergency response vehicles, this work doesnt give me any faith. They also complained that while screwing lights into the metal bumper, the screws kept breaking. Hence why it took so long to complete the project Well, 2 months later those same tiny self-drilling/self-tapping screws snapped off again and my lights were flopping around behind the grille. Again, incredibly disappointed.
