      We apologize for having such an unpleasant interaction with our office staff even though you never received any dental treatment from any of our dentists or hygienists. We do charge a broken appointment fee. The customary charge is usually $50. That is charged for patients that were confirmed the day before but either did not call to cancel or canceled very late. It is not because we are only interested in money. It is out of the respect for the Doctors time and and the respect for other patients who would have used that slot that was especially reserved for you. Thank you for your input.

      Maybe you have the wrong dentist. I am somewhat confused by your comment two years ago. Even though your comment was from 2 years ago it was 13 years previous to that I actually treated you on only two separate visits. Everything seemed to go well at that time. Not sure what happened. Anyway thanks for the input.
