Terrible service called and came didnt even try to fix the furnace , said it was the control panel and went upstairs & left , said he had another job , totally rude and unresponsible!

I wouldnt have these guys working anywhere near my house.
CJ Nemes just left a friends house and left behind a big mess for a poor little old lady to clean up, absolutely disgusting. They also charge her $400 and didnt fix a thing!
Stay away, Im just relaying my honest experience.

Charlie and team, shout out to Bobby, made an appt. for Fri, morning to unclog my bathroom sink. He was to call me Thursday to let me know the time, NO SHOW, no call. Gee called him several times before with no problems. I like Charlie thought he was a kind caring plumber boy I was wrong. After reading all of the reviews w/1 and - stars I can believe it now. I'm amazed he is still in business today. Thanks for the past work you have done for me. Take care and be safe, so sorry it turned out like this. You may never read your reviews, I think you should maybe you will care more about your people who are counting on you.

All contacts were relatively uncommunicative. Had to bug Charlie for a date and time. Workers took excessively long and left at 4:00 the first day without notice. Came at leisure the next, causing me to change my schedule. He did not bring all the necessary materials to close up and did a poor job filling in the trench -- friendly fellow, though.
