        I filed mine with them a while back and I got audit because they did not send all my documents to the irs. There answer was we dont have to. Now I went to them this year figuring I could trust them. Now I have to Id verify. I want money money back after you take it. Even from 2020 its wrong what you do to people. If you only knew what I went through all that year I could sue!!! Now I have a feeling it is going to happen again! Never file with h and r block. On top of that they waited until my filing went through to see if I qualified for the advance. Just to be denied! Thieves and cons!
