This doctor's office will fail you at any opportunity it can take to do so. I have been without my medication for a month now because of this office's incompetency. This isn't the first time either, and everytime I've tried to get my meds refilled something goes wrong because of them. They are also damn near unreachable, in fact answering machines seem to be the only ones willing to even pick up the phones! The patient app they like you to join, mychart, is almost useless. The only thing that happens there is messages shown as read, good luck actually getting replied to. Edit to add, after posting this review I finally got my medications! And I'm also getting a new care physician :) I'd leave zero stars if I could

I can't speak to the doctor's here, but my experience on the phone was AWFUL! I have been looking for a Primary Care Doctor in the area for the past year and trying to get anyone on the phone at all is a trial, but getting any decent customer service is impossible. I explained to the front desk clerk I was looking for a primary care physician for our family and stated that my son and I were both overdue for yearly appointments. Her response was flatly, "What's your social security number?" I was taken aback since there is usually some exchange of name, appointment dates, digital paperwork, etc. I asked why that would be the first thing needed and she snappily responded, "Well, do you want to be a patient here or not?" I indicated at that time that I did not and hung up. Health care providers and private practice physicians, listen up. Your front office and billing staff can make or break your practice. If people can't reach you on the phone, or worse, receive a distracted, unhelpful or downright rude employee, we are done with you. I am completely disheartened at the lack of common courtesy and just politeness that seem to be their own pandemic in our world right now. If you expect those things when you pick up a phone, I wouldn't recommend calling this office.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this place is. Dr. Orgel is a great doctor that doesnt rush and tried to get to the root of the issue. Diana is more than helpful and has made our transition to switching doctors painless. Thank you!
