        I went in after searching for a hearing aidplace and I am new to Aiken for a year. My tube broke loose and they said because I am new and said I needed an appointment and it would be in a week! Usually for tubes it is 2 minutes to fix with out an appointment. Where I used to live. Every facility in CNY and Columbia SC... they qre usuqlly happy to fix like that. Not this one. Oh my goodness! The only repair they did was to TAPE IT TOGETHER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! One of the audiologist was on break for goodness sake! So I went to one I found in 6 or 7 minutes away on the same road. The staff there were quite shocked how awful it was. So it was all fixed. I wanted a ZERO star but Google and Yelp are the same that they do not have zero stars. Not recommended.
