Worst staff ever. Totally disrespectful! Canceled our appointment after we arrived! What professional does that? They text you to come early then make you wait until after your appointment time to be seen!! Why tell us to come early if you are running late? Dr Miller is nice but his office staff SUCKS! They blame the Corporate office and say they aren't responsible for anything. BAD SERVICE!

Good reception sign in. My doctor was very nice. My issue was taken care of and there was not a very long wait to see her.

I went to the Aiken office and first visit was great and from there it went straight down! I had neuropathy biopsies done {painful} and was told to come back in 2 weeks for results, which I did, and I have a $90 co pay, well When I get into exam room, they asked if I was there for a nail trim?????? I was like NO, results from my biopsies, then was told there was a mix up in the labs they used, and that they did not have results yet, and was told y the Dr. herself she would call me with results, well a month later still no call, So I call, and it is NOT the office, apparently, you are not allowed to have the # to the office, so you have to leave a message, well the nurse that called me said I would need to come in for results, I said NO, i already paid for that visit and got no results, needless to say Dr. never called and I had my primary Dr. call and get my records! Will be finding another foot Dr. They have TERRIBLE business practices! Good luck if you go here!
