Walmart Auto Care Centers

I bought tires online and paid for the tire installation package to make an appointment. Waited two weeks for an appointment and arrived on time for my 7AM appointment. They did not open the doors or come out to my car until 7:20AM. I was the first appointment of the day and no one was in front of me. They told me my tires would take an hour to be installed. 40 minutes later I get a call saying that they don't have all four of the tires I ordered despite my tracking info saying they do. I also called to confirm they have my tires yesterday and had it confirmed to me. I take the refund they offered for the two tires they cannot install on my car and then I am told it will be another hour for the install of the two tires they actually have for my car. They didn't tell me anything for 40 minutes despite my car being the only one there. The lady beihind the counter said it was because they couldn't start until they talked to me, but they didn't contact me at all for those 40 minutes. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided today.

I went there today after speaking with a young lady that told me to come inas a walk in about 5:30 for a oil change and the guy that was working there was absolutely rude and had a nasty attitude. I will never go back there again as long as he works there

I came in after noticing a screw in my tire. I asked them if they could remove the screw and plug the hole. The workers insisted that I had to buy a new tire. The tire was still good, it just needed the screw out and plugged and some air added. After hearing that I had to buy a tire several times , they stated that they didn't have any tires available. And that they couldn't help me in anyway. I was stranded here. So I went in the store and bought a can of fix a flat, went to the gas station next door, added air and went to an actual tire shop. The tire shop fixed my tire without any issues and I didn't have to buy a new tire. I will never come to the auto center at Walmart ever again!
