Dip Stick Branding

We were more than happy to rebrand your products for you. after you stopped in yesterday morning, You called at 2:57 according to the caller ID and demanded someone come and pick your stuff up, didn't ask but demanded.  That is outside of our normal practice as we are a very small shop and have to limit the time we are away.  We were also short handed at the time of your call, 1 out on a sales call, one out sick, leaving just me and one other person here to man phones and walk-in customers and continue production. At 3:26 (29 min later) you called back and gave a ton of attitude and started cussing us out, I guess because we hadn't immediately shut down the shop to come pick up your left over merchandise you wanted rebranded, which we never agreed to come pick up. While you were on the phone with him, your sweet neighbor walked in the door with a suitcase full of your stuff.  So she overheard the second half of your 4 min conversation with him. Your attitude and language towards the people in this shop was not of someone we wanted to have a relationship with, and your neighbor agreed with our decision.   Never have we had someone so disrespectful to us while wanting our service.   Maybe at Ford you could cuss an undeserving vendor out to get your way, but that's not how we operate at Dip Stick Branding. We treat our customers with respect and expect to be treated with respect. I don't put up with anyone talking down like that to any of my partners or employees. if anyone's attitude was disgusting it would be yours, and thats by your own admission when you came here and apologized to us this morning blaming your medication approximately 5 hours before you left this review. Please get your facts straight when accusing us of bad business practices.  No one gave a false name, not sure why we would. No one was rude to you, even the guy you were cussing out on the phone stayed very polite to you. He finally hung up on you after you told him "F*** You". There are witnesses to the phone calls. As you said, you have the first amendment and there is nothing illegal about cussing, and you're right, but there is also nothing illegal about refusing service to someone who just cussed you out for no reason. We have been in business for over 10 years and in this building over 3 years and have no plans as we just purchased the building.
