We have been very pleased by the service we have received from 1st Choice Plumbing. They are excellent in responding to emergencies in a timely manner. Most recently Nicole and Scott arrived at our home on a weekend day to ensure that our problem was solved. This is very comforting to know that their main concern is solving our plumbing issues. We will continue to call on this company because they will always be our "1st choice."

Coy Sparnell and associate from 1st Choice Plumbing arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our clogged drain situations. They communicated well and had our issues remedied in no time. Each time we've called upon 1st Choice Plumbing for other issues, their staff members have been responsive, capable, informative, and cost effective. We highly recommend them. On August 21st, I received a text from City of Rock Hill to inform me of a possible leak. I had previously used 1st Choice to check my irrigation safety d/t city regulations. They were precise and on the mark! So, I naturally called them.
The 1st Choice Team: Thomas (Owner), Jeff (both of them), Scott, Coy and Nicole are exceptional! If I could give 10 Stars, I would!!
I spoke with Nicole, the office manager, who was absolutely amazing to walk me through this entire process! They came out the next day and couldn't locate the leak. Nicole directed me to a Leak Detection Co and they came out the next day 8/24 and found the leak. A river of water started flowing b/t my home and my neighbors. I called Nicole 8/24 and she quickly had her team out (Curtis and Coy) within 30 min and placed a temp line until the permanent work could be completed. Thomas and Jeff came out Monday 9/11 to start the work and finished the next day. I also needed a utility sink for my laundry room and they did an amazing job putting that in!
They have a genuine work ethic that is rare and Thomas (the owner) will tell you directly what's needed and what's not! I can't thank your whole team enough for all your help! Services: Outdoor plumbing system repair, Faucet installation, Plumbing leak repair

As in any job or business, you may run into a snag and time scheduled may change. Some companies just continue on and leave you standing by. Not this company. They called and reassured me I was not forgotten and gave a new eta. Very appreciative of that. Great company to deal with and very professional. Service: Drain cleaning
