Jesse was thorough, kept me updated on what he was doing as he worked, and got us fixed up! We called Ricky's after another provider no-called and no-showed TWICE and are so thankful we did.         We had a confusing issue that caused us to have NO heat, NO a/c, and NO fan. I looked at everything obvious. Jeremiah arrived exactly ON TIME, as scheduled. He identified a blown fuse hidden (to me) in the attic's air handler in about 3 minutes! He went outside and found the lower pressure switch with an electrical short within about 12 minutes total time! He repaired everything and answered all of our questions. Jeremiah is really sharp! He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and respectful. He worked clean and efficiently. I will definitely use Ricky's services again, when needed!
