Dont go here for an oil change even if you have free changes. I came in for my free oil change and it took them more than two hours even though I had an appointment. Instead of keeping anyone informed about the over scheduling, they just dont talk to you and make you miss hours of your day. Poor costumer service in the service center.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! After speaking with Sidney several times during the week regarding a specific stock number for a Honda Pilot and scheduling an appointment for Saturday morning and driving from Savannah to Beaufort for the appointment Sidney wasnt available, after 45 minutes of waiting we asked if someone else could help us. The salesman who finally came to assist us had been lounging in the lobby the entire time we were waiting. We walked out to look at a vehicle and he finally came out to us. When I explained that we were looking for the particular vehicle he said that it was not on the lot, talk about bait and switch and wasting our time and gas (its an hour drive to Beaufort). DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY TO GET YOU ON THEIR LOT

Stokes Honda is the place to go , Brock Huey showed so much professionalism! Very honest , caring and making sure I felt comfortable with this process . If I could give him more than a 5 star rating I would, Brock went above and beyond . Would definitely recommend him to other !!
