As soon as we checked into our room, we noticed the sink was slow to drain and the toilet filled to the top when flushed. The room phone didnt work so we went down to the front desk. Instead of giving us a different room right away, the attendant said maintenance could fix it. After watching maintenance plunge the toilet and root out the sink, we went back down to the front desk to get a new room. No more king rooms so we were given a room with two queens. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the TV is at the far end of the bed area, there was white stuff on the couch and bathroom wall. The lobby and breakfast area tile floors looked they had not been cleaned in a long time. They use the cheapest kleenex and toilet paper. For $200 a night we expect better, especially from Marriott.

First time staying here. I stayed here for a one night stay while my second residence was being built. My room was clean and a good size The check in staff were delightful and the checkout staff were also good. The outside of the building Isn't pretty. I had a comfortable stay. I'd stay again, however that's probably not going to happen as my residence is complete.
Rooms: Ample sized and clean. My stay was quiet.
Walkability: Places to eat within a short distance.
Food & drinks: Free breakfast was served
Noteworthy details: Large parking lot, plenty of parking

The good: rooms are clean and nice. Views of the surrounding marsh from most rooms, albeit with parking lot too; friendly person at check in; can walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants
The bad: not enough elevators; breakfast area too small and crowded; other staff members dont keep it well stocked on the weekend so I had to find plates in the cabinets; one staff worker was rude to us when we were trying to get utensils; floors squeak a lot so the place doesnt seem well built; coffee is too strong unless you like Starbucks type coffee

I've stayed here a couple of times on business trips and have yet to be disappointed.
