Steve is a pleasure to work with. When we first signed up for Medicare 2 years ago, he made the process of picking the right advantage plan very easy. He listened to us, took all our doctor, dentists, chiropractors, etc into account and presented us with the top few plans that would work for us. Made things quite simple. Recently my wife had an issue with coverage for an MRI and Steve helped her every step of the way, including being on phone calls with our carrier to get thru all the red tape. He stuck with it until we had a positive result. I dont know why anyone would deal with the complexities of Medicare without an agent like Steve. Wife and I highly recommend him.
