I am almost speechless as to how bad the service was. Do not go there. Go to Walmart or any drugstore. The incompetence was shocking. Was like going back in a time warp.

I have been using Resource Medical for a long time. Sure, I have had a few problems here and there. I had a great experience yesterday with Michael, who came to my home and repaired my oxygen concentrator, he was prepared to replace it, but knew right away what the problem was. I was very impressed with Michael and his knowledge.

I have been to this Beaufort location to pick up my c-pap mask , 5 times and I still dont have it. There is no customer service at all. The front desk lady kept telling me they didnt receive my prescription when the whole time she didnt know how to even search for it. Also while rolling her eyes every time I asked. Some other lady came from her office and jumped in saying they never received anything and the girl had it in her hand ! They are not on the same page about anything. There store is dirty and extremely over priced. Someone of rank should shut down this business and hire people that want to work. I will be going tomorrow to try for 6th time!! I urge anyone to choose a different business if possible or maybe a different location.
