Very disappointed with our experience at this salon. Were visiting from out of town and wanted to treat my SIL to relaxation after having her first baby. She called to make an appointment for us but we ended up needing to switch it. We called in advance to reschedule for a completely different day (giving plenty of time). The lady she spoke to on the phone while rescheduling was very nice and said she had switched everything over for our appointment. When we showed up, the girl at the desk had the biggest attitude and was extremely rude. She said we werent moved over on the books for our appointment. She said we didnt talk to anybody and she didnt know who would move us over because they were full and continued to banter back with us while we stated we called and scheduled appointments. There was 1 technician and her in the salon, and nobody else since they had just opened. Im all for waiting around and understand that things happen but the way in which she spoke to us was very unprofessional, uninviting, and completely unnecessary. We walked out and decided to take our business elsewhere. And after reading through the lower reviews about this business, it makes sense. Theres lots of excuses from the owners responses, never taking accountability and always blaming the customer. Ill quote the same thing another customer put: Not my character to leave, but Im not paying someone to be a jerk.

The service was incredible and the nail art is beautiful but it hasn't been a week since I went to have my nails done and the nail polish on my toes is already peeling up. I don't do anything strenuous except play with a dog every now and then. Maybe she scratched me too hard but I don't know. Went back in today and Jason was very kind, professional, and understanding of everything. This is a really great salon from what I've experienced and the quality of nails is pretty top tier as well. Mine only chipped in a very small place and was easily corrected, probably from a dog's rough paws or something. Thank you guys so much for everything, I'm excited to go back when I need to change my nails again. Services: Pedicure, Dip powder

this isnt my first time at this salon, now this is where I won't go back. Be mindful of asking for prices before they touch your hands, and I mean detail prices. I have acrylic underlay and gel on top. molly put a tan tone when I had a more neutral color before hand.. whatever. I had almond shaped before she started but since I needed a cut down it cost to cut them down AND reshape them for what I already had, crazy. Then the color came, I wanted French well guess what French costs extra too, and since I wanted more of an arch in my already given "French" guess what?? it would cost even more $15 to be exact. I was over it at this point, the add ons for stuff I could get done at a salon that would be top teir and less makes me very upset. I'll take the drive to the other side of town next time To Elite Nails. Service: Acrylic nails
