If I could have put 0 stars I would. As a transporter/business owner I deal with customers everyday and pride myself on respect and giving my customers a great experience. I just left Beaufort trailers approximately 5 minutes ago, and I have never been treated any worse. Jim became very irate because I asked him how much I his service would be saying, If you ask about how much its going to be you can just leave. Needless to say I decided to leave with the wires cut and all. Just Rude. Then said he will bust out my tires. After I explained that he should not treat his customers that way and I had the right to know how much he was charging he apologized and explained he was having a bad day . I will never recommend him to anyone

Amazing service. The owner was so helpful from ordering to installation to instructions on use. On top of that they had great prices! Highly recommend!!!

This past Sunday my wife and I were heading back home from a weekend in Charleston when we ran into trouble with our travel trailer. One of the tires sheared off all the lugs on the hub. Jim took our phone call on his day off and was able to help us. He went up and beyond to help us out. If it wasn't for him we'd be in real trouble. Would highly recommend!! Will not find a nicer guy willing to help others.
