I did not even know that companies like this existed anymore! Billys has excellent customer service, they are prompt, knowledgeable, and charge a reasonable price for their services. They put in a hand pump for us. And they did it without having to drill a separate well, which is what we were told by another company that we had to do. They piped off the area and took out the tank where they used to be a softening system. When they came back Billy brought the exact filter needed for our type of water. Recommend Billys wholeheartedly! Dont go to any other well company for your needs.

By farther best customer service iv ever had called in to get some help troubleshooting my well and the lady gave me every bit of info I needed to get it fixed novone by me would even care to help over the phone here in Georgia thanks for the assistance and fantastic support
