Mystic Bluff Apartments in Bluffton

I lived at Mystic Bluff just shy of a year but had to move for work. My time here was very pleasant! The neighbors were great and friendly. The staff at the office was fantastic, and if you get a chance to work with Katie, she will help you every step of the way! She was awesome. The reason I am giving Mystic Bluff 3 stars and not 5 is because of the amount of dog poop that is all over the property. I couldn't tell you how many times I stepped in it and it was infuriating. It just seemed like every single patch of grass there was poop on the ground. Around the fountain, around the buildings, around the small ponds... poop everywhere. Even when brand new grass was placed last month, it was only a few hours later when people would not pick up again. It's truly that bad! The property needs more cameras that way they can fine those irresponsible pet owners.

If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place to live with amazing amenities this is the place for you! Katie is an amazing worker and always goes above and beyond to always find a solution! You can tell when someone loves their job as she is always greeting you with a smile!

We moved here from out of state site unseen and Katie helped us every step of the way! As soon as we started the process we knew we were in good hands and as soon as we got here we knew we made the right decision! The property is well kept in a quiet neighborhood with so many different things to do in the area! I highly recommend moving here!

I was in search of a 2-bedroom apartment that would be immediately available. To my surprise, I found the perfect place at Mystic Bluff Apartments. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Mia. She helped me find the perfect place by making me aware of a special offer on a 3-bedroom that was advertised. When I saw it, there was no need to look any further. She also gave me a thorough tour around the community, and it was so well kept. I was able to move-in on my requested date and I am happy to be a part the Mystic Bluff Community.... so come join us!!! Thanks Mia, for all your help.
