        Great experience at Grayco in Bluffton, SC the other morning! Jeff could not of been more helpful and went out of his way to help me.. I never experienced this level of service any where before! I rarely write reviews but Jeff deserves a huge thank you!! He's a great example of what customer service should be!!!

        We purchased a deck railing. Once it arrived we decided the design would need to be changed, resulting in a change in materials. We were not allowed to exchange, we had to purchase the new parts and wait a "few days" for our refund. Additionally there would be a restocking fee. The restocking fee turned out to be 25% ($340). The "few days" to get our refund turned into 3 weeks. Several phone calls, emails were not answered. When we presented in person they blamed us for changing the design. Horrible customer service. Will not do business with this establishment again. Highly recommend Espy Lumber for your building material needs.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your design change resulted in a restock fee being incurred. While not uncommon, the restock fee is determined by the supplying vendor and is usually unavoidable in the case of a special order material returns. The vendor's return process may sometimes create a delay in refunds as we have to await their approval and inspection of returned products. I’m hopeful our coordinator did all she could to expedite the returns process. We do apologize for any inconvenience and miscommunications as a result of awaiting vendor return approval.
