Wow! Today, I can get gas for $3.03 per gallon if I purchase a car wash (NOT THIS TIME). I was going to get the car wash anyway and my tank was almost down to 1/4 tank. So, I purchased 12.41 gallons and the $14 "Extreme Shine" car wash (see receipt picture). Well...the "tri-foam" never came out! That cleans your car. See the pictures of how clean the car was NOT. I also wanted some drinks so I went in and told the clerk that the tri-foam was not working. She said, "I will tell the manager (when they get in)". She did not offer a refund, or act concerned, ask for contact info for the manager, or even apologize. NOTHING!!! I got my drinks (not sure why), and I had to get someone to find me some straws. Bottom line, at $14 for the car wash, my gas was really $4.18 per gallon. My advice, "don't take a chance at this car wash. Let the buyer beware for sure. The management does not empower the employees for these issues!!! UPDATE (June 9th): No contact from Blue Water. I guess they either dont care, dont read these, or just dont have any customer service skills!
