BE AWARE BANK before u open AN account here.SOME WORKERS MOVE AND MAKE TRANSFERS WITH OUT AUTORIZATION .Lady who call me yesterday from( charleston credit union)move money from my account .Make sure u can record calls .Don't trust them.Also don't used atm.some money dissappear many years ago when I open my account. And checj deposits outside take around 5 to 7 days to money show up in owners account .Don't trust any banks

I love CPM I have had several accounts mortgage and heli. While Truhonme can be a challenge, CPM takes care of their customers extremely well. Anytime I had an issue with Truhonme Lloyd Vail personally became involved. I have happily referred several people to CPM.

I went to this bank to try to open a checking account. They dont accept TAX ID or Passport and they dont have that on their website. I think youll need 2 types of identification and proof of residency to be able to open an account but this was not the case. Its unfortunately.

I just want to leave feedback so you guys can improve. I was extremely excited applying to this company because a friend of mine works here and cant stop talking about what a great company it is. I decided to apply for the dispute position and On 07/03 I got an email from Andrea stating to setup an interview and to reply with date and time. On 07/06 I resent the email to make sure they got my availability for the interview. She replied on 07/12 that she was out but if I was available on Thursday for an interview. On 07/14, 07/17 and 07/20 I sent email again about the interview. On 07/20 she replied that early next week someone will call me for an interview. It is now Friday 07/28 and no one has reach out. I think its extremely unprofessional of the hiring department to take so long for an interview. If youre no longer doing interview or the position was already taken please let us know. Im so disappointed and sad that I didnt even get the chance to demonstrate my 10+ years of customer service and collection working for a bank. I really hope with this feedback things change. We live in a time that its very hard to get a good job and playing with people emocin like that is not a good image for the company.
