Dr. Bell is the best. I had my first colonoscopy at 63. I was nervous. He and his staff are amazing. I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived at 2:20 p.m. for my 2:30 p.m. appointment. At approximately 3:05 p.m , I inquired if I was going to be seen soon because I had to pick up my child from school at 4 p.m.. When I checked in, there was absolutely no mention of being behind schedule. I was told that they would not know and that there was one patient in front of me. The patient in front of me had their scheduled appointment at 2:15 p.m. and they were still waiting. I was told by the front desk person, that this happens all the time and they are always behind. When I asked why we are not notified of this upon scheduling or check in, she says the lady(whose office was directly behind the check-in counter), was in charge of scheduling. She was on the phone and could not speak to her. As I waited, I could confirm she was indeed making a personal phone payment for a bill, not working, as the front desk lady was muttering under her breath. Then the Dr. Bell came out and I asked the same questions. He didn't want to hear anything and gaslight me. He said he would spend all day on a patient if he had to. He became rather upset and raised his voice. That's fine and all but we, as patients, are not even informed the wait time. And, if you need a copious amount of time with a patient, why not inform the others. I'm just appalled at the lack of professionalism of this office overall. I am appalled at the lack of caring for our time, as it's not important at all. Now I understand 15 to 20 minutes waiting, however this was ridiculous. Not even informing upon check in on how long you are running behind? I'm sure the doc here will have a good laugh and so will their staff and won't care but I also want to inform other future patients that this is what you will deal with. They will just tell you to reschedule, so you can wait well over a month again for an appointment. They simply don't care.

He has helped me and squeezed me into his busy schedule even when I didn't have an official appointment, because he cares for his patients. He even personally called the next day to make sure I was doing better. Great guy and helpful staff!!
