Called for appointment to have my glass replaced and mirror taken down. She gave me an appointment which was 3 weeks away saying the Owner would have to approve then send someone. No call. I called at 1:00 and asked for a confirmation called. Left details of our appointment. Never Again! Waste of time. Obviously unprofessional.

Best Glass was recommended to me by another boat captain who had a window for a yacht custom made when it was accidentally broken by a passenger. My challenge was installing a ceramic glass cooktop into a yacht galley. The overhang of glass on one edge needed to be trimmed to fit the backsplash. I decided to walk in with the cooktop and see what they said. Sebastian met me at the counter despite managing all of the days outgoing trucks off to their work (it was around 8:30). I explained my challenge, thinking I would need to leave it for them to get to another time. Sebastian took the time to measure and explain my options and then said, let me get these guys out for the day and I will cut it for you. Less than 5 mins later he walked out with the cooktop cut to perfection and said, thanks for trusting us, have a great day. Amazing service and care was offered despite the obvious priority of getting his work crews out for the day. Highly recommend!

Price was very reasonable. Installers were polite, had attention to detail and cleaned up after they were finished. Would highly recommend them
