My subwoofer died and I contacted JL Audio who suggested that I ship it back to them and they would look at it for $500+, plus the cost of shipping a 100+ lb speaker. So I called AIC and Curt suggested that I drop it off and he would look at it. The day after I dropped it off, Curt called and said it was fixed and ready for pickup. I saved over $500 and the service was outstanding. What a pleasure working with Curt and it was done locally. I highly recommend AIC. John DeSalvo

AIC has been our go-to group for anything TV or music-related since 2015. We recently updated our system after a major home renovation. Curt, Jen and Tabetha are professional, responsive and helpful - great customer orientation and service. All of their technicians (Joe, Chris, Jose, Charlie and Dusty) are knowledgeable, methodical and conscientious. They are incredibly patient with all of my questions.
