        First, let me say that the nurses that provided my care were excellent. The issue is with the administrative staff. Apparently they have plenty of business and have no interest in new referrals. I have been told on 3 occasions that my insurance would not cover their services, when I was assured by my insurance they would cover the services. I had to make numerous calls to receive services. Also they say they don't have referrals when the referrals have been submitted. Long waiting times for appointments if you can get them approved. Nurses are great, administrators are terrible.

        My husband had knee replacement and the Home Health team was awesome ! The physical therapist and nurse were very attentive and personable. We actually looked forward to their visits. Michael , Jeremy , and Heather made this experience ( and knee replacement is no joke) bearable !if you need home health care , give Amedisys a call !

        Amedisys of BLUFFTON helped my mother after her hospitalization. They prepared her for her return to her assisted living/independent living home. They are truly a caring and professional group of care givers. We were kept up to date on her progress and all questions answered. We highly recommend this organization. If needed in the future, I would definitely call Amedisys of Bluffton.

        My name is Robert, I am a current patient and client with Amedisys Bluffton area. First I have been through 2 total Knee Replacements in the last 3 months. I will admit I am by far not a good patient. I've been so emotional about it. I have to be pushed a little when it comes to pain. I don't like it at all. I know, this makes me a big baby. lol... This coming to why I am writing this review. I couldn't have been and currently be relaxed enough to go through this without the AMAZING STAFF at Amedisys Home Health Care Bluffton!! I owe Them a HUGE HUGE Thank You!!!!!! Working with me hasn't been the easiest and they made everyday feel worth every minute. I need a lot of attention. The are Very Professional and know their stuff!!! Plus Kind, Always Communicating with Me, Helpful and Great!!!! They made this experience (even though I hope I never have any more knee issues) very pleasant if you can say that about knee replacements. I know this is long!!! I just had to share how THANKFUL I am with EVERYONE (Amedisys Home Health Care Bluffton Staff) that went beyond the call of duty and that has taken care of me. THANK YOU From ALL of My Heart!!!!!! I Highly Recommend Amedisys Home Health Care Bluffton!!!! 5 STARS 5 DIAMONDS!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!
