        It has been over a year now and they will NOT get the gate fixed. Anyone can come and go as they please but yet continue to issue citations. Do not advertise that this place is gated. It is NOT! People who work in the office are hateful and always act like they have a major power trip. Sad that you wont do better. Lipstick on a pig.

        NOT willing to negotiate. If it's not 'illegal' then they don't care about the inconveniences to your LIVING SITUATIONS. Old appliances that they don't care to fix unless you threaten legal action.
