We arrived very late. The two women at the front desk (when they finally came out) were the least unfriendly & welcoming people I've ever encountered. The key they provided didn't work so I had to go back and one had to begrudgingly follow me to my room so they could manually open my door. The carpet perfume? in the room smelled so strong it was nauseating but we were tired and just wanted to get to sleep. By 3am, I woke up with the worst headache and my sinuses were swollen. I tried to remove the sofa cushions and sleep in the bathroom- that's how strong the perfume smell was. Breakfast was limited. No milk for even cereal. Total waste of money.

Barely passable - Terrible management oversight - Not well staffed. Staff doing the best they can. Very overpriced for what you get. If everyone is paying 200+ per night and the hotel is sold out, hire some extra staff and run this place the proper way. Very dissapointed.
We stayed here for 3 nights, at around $200 per night. Here is what we got.....
The room smelled a bit musty/off
There was no makeup of the room even after we requested it. No housekeeping check-in to see if we needed replenishment of shampoo etc.
There was NEVER anyone at the front desk. The 'staff has stepped away' sign was always up. This is not an exaggeration.
The radio and phone in the room were not working. Not a big deal but shows that no one has really looked at the room to see if it was up to standard.
The breakfast was OK. If you get there late things like fruit and yogurt was not replenished. Seems like they only have the staff to clean the breakfast area at the start of breakfast and at the end.
