I moved to the area from the North east and was looking for a professionally run training center. After one visit I signed up and enjoy every training day. The Professor is extremely knowledgable and teaches as well as appreciates the importance of perfect technique. I'm very pleased with every class, the professionalism of the Professor and the camaraderie shared by the many students who gather and help each other learn BJJ.

An incredible Academy. Its now been two years of training here. This is the academy I would recommend to anyone in the region. So many of us travel 45min- 1 hour just to train here, and for good reason. Without getting into the remarkable history lesson of what Gracie Jiu Jitsu is and its culture and impact. This is THE place to learn Jiu Jitsu. All of the fine details and mechanics that help you become so smooth- not just another apple on the tree. How a smaller, weaker person can survive and control any physical altercation. How to use your anatomy and positioning to create major impact. Jiu Jitsu fits every body- and unlike other academies- we teach Jiu Jitsu is a way that is so effective you can use it all of your life- not only as a strong athletic young person. Gracie Jiu Jitsu

I recently dropped in on this gym for three sessions while vacationing and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, and took the time to explain techniques and answer any questions we had. The other practitioners at the gym are also fantastic - everyone is supportive and helpful, and it's clear that they take their training seriously. I was impressed with the quality of instruction and the attention to detail in the training sessions. The gym is also very clean and well-maintained, which is important to me. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to learn the sport or improve their skills. The instructor and practitioners are top-notch, and the environment is welcoming and supportive. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!
