Unethical and VERY unprofessional. The owner is deaf so there are always communication issues. She gets private information mixed up among clients. Very uncomfortable to speak to and confontational when she's done wrong. Does not owe up or admit mistakes and in defiance, she will post pictures and YouTube videos to social media without owner permission that are not even pictures of your dog just to publicly shame you! Very bad experience all the way around. With so many other better options in Beaufort, we would never return or recommend Lisa Marie as a groomer. June 19, 2014 - Picked the dogs up from the groomers today and happened to go in early. I wasn't pleased with what I saw. Careless, absolutely careless! Molly was left on the table several times unattended with that strap around her neck. She could have hung herself. Also, Cocoa's toe was caught in the grate in the crate and it took two of them 10 minutes to free her. No apologies, just, "oh, she's ok! Walk it off Cocoa!" Hmmmmmm, SMH. To get them groomed there is $70 a dog. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Absolutely amazing! Professional, living and talented staff. Their pricing is 100% upfront and our golden Doodle NEVER looked better! We are forever clients!!! The location is a tad tricky to find the first time so leave a 10 minute cushion when you head out. Excellent!!!

Tom and Alison have worked on my Cocker Spaniel Lyla and have both done an amazing job with her! She leaves out of there smelling fresh and soft. I made a mistake on my appointment time recently and Alison was very kind to accommodate me and was still able to see my pup! From all the groomers Ive tried, these guys are IT! Great customer service, honest and kind. Thank you!

Omg. Dog hair on the floor of a dog grooming shop ?? And dogs barking ?  Tell me it isn't true.  Such horror.  Lmao
