Tisha is an outstanding real estate agent. As my buyer's agent when I moved to Bluffton from far away, Tisha patiently guided my house search both remotely and in person over several weekend trips to SC. Tisha responded quickly to all of my many texts, emails and phone calls. She accomodated every request I had, and provided invaluable knowledge of the local real estate market. Tisha never complained when I asked to tour houses that she knew I wouldn't like. She happily took me back to some houses two and three times. She has a deep knowledge of the different communities in the area, home values, and home characteristics. Tisha's negotiating skills are tremendous. And after we found my house, her recommendations for everything from local contractors to good restaurants were spot on. Long after the closing Tisha still immediately responded to my continuing questions about Bluffton and house design choices. What an exciting time, with an amazing realtor to assist. Tisha Chafer recently helped us through a purchase in Bluffton, SC and the process was seamless.
