We happened to stop in at the Carson Realty office one Saturday to inquire about purchasing a home in Bluffton. Beth Green greeted us and treated us like part of the family. she assessed our needs and came up with several homes to view that afternoon. After a couple of days, we found a home that our daughter liked and put down a deposit. The listing agent, Anthony, was not very helpful, but Beth worked around him and even dealt directly with the owner of the property to get things done. We closed in the beginning of August, and our daughter is thrilled!! I highly recommend Beth Green. She is knowledgeable and friendly. If the rest of the Carson Realty team is as proficient as Beth, you must consider using them. We had a great experience.

Aaron Fisher is the absolute worst realtor. He conned me from the beginning by saying he and a friend set up their own company at his house and he had a family to support. That was lie #1. He then tried to lower the price of my house before it went on the market, saying that was all I would get and he knew a buyer. Luckily the sale didnt go through and when it was listed someone offered way over the asking price in less than three days. He also unfortunately was my realtor in the purchase of my new home at the same time. He pressured me to give a 3,000 check of good faith after looking at a townhouse in a neighborhood I wanted to live in. When my parents and I asked to see it, he gave us 15 minutes and then rushed us out because his daughter had a sports event. He told the inspector not to look at the roof and when I asked him why, he said its because I would need a new one. He told me after three months he would come and hammer holes in my roof and file an insurance claim. I obviously declined and even told my insurance agent. Aaron is a good talker but is the worst realtor. He also did the final walk through and then called to tell me about it. I said I had wanted to be there and his response when you have a really good realtor, they do it for you. I lost that house less than a year later due to mold and everything in it. Do not trust this man, if you want to call him that.
