Move Fitness & Yoga

I did Flow with Jessica and it was a wonderful experience. It truly was an experience top-to-bottom. A very peaceful start and ending with the singing bowls. The practice was challenging, but not overly so, with great general notes for breathing and pose correction. I happened to find this through a Google search while in the area visiting my parents. I'll be sure to stop in whenever I'm down.

I moved to the area about two years ago and I am very grateful to have found this studio! Move Fitness has provided such a safe and fun space to continue my practice and meet some amazing people along the way! The teachers are very kind, knowledgeable, and there are a ton of fun monthly events offered (one of my favorites is beach yoga during the summer months!) :)

Absolutely amazing! First time doing aerial yoga, and it was a blast, to say the least. I got there early so I could do a snippet of the inside for you guys, so here it is. You MUST go try it out.

This Treasure Chest is such an amazing place! I'm so grateful to have discovered it as I am discovering myself! The instructors/teachers are just wonderful! I'm blessed to be a member of this magical studio
