Chris's customer service is fantastic! All the things you would expect and hope for were there -- he provided a thorough quote, communicated well via email and phone when setting up and confirming the appointment, arrived on time the day of the repairs, and did quick and thorough work -- but I was pleasantly surprised at how he communicated with me while he was working at my house and I was away at work. He sent pictures and updates frequently and explained clearly what he was doing and why. The repair ended up being a little more extensive than we originally thought but the increase in the overall price was extremely reasonable. Chris even repaired an issue with my upstairs windows that I didn't know about but that he noticed while he was on the roof working. Not even a roof-related issue and he fixed it...and didn't charge us for it! Great prices and great service, plus Chris is a respectful and super nice guy.
