Ok. Here we go. My baby was sick. I had only had him about 4 days or so. I was passing through town. I looked them up online. They were on a main street which was what I needed due to my transportation . I was able to get dropped off and picked up. So I get to the desk. And give my info. I am given a buzzer like I am at a restaurant told I can wait inside or out. Because he had vomiting I waited outside. There is a beautiful area out back for pets to play and benches for their humans to sit. Now mind you I was a walk-in and new so I expected to wait. And I did. A whole 30 min. This was super impressive because I was worked in. And the office was full. I thought I might be waiting 2 hours and I was prepared to. So by buzzer goes off and we walk back in. The Doc and his lovely assistant come in. I tell them what is going on. I was scared it was parvo. Doc says if he is eating I doubt it. I asked should I get him tested. He said likely not let's just get a decal instead. So we did. 10 min later results are in and all looks good. So I opted to get the parvo since the fecal was negative. And that said ok. 10 minutes later it was negative too. I got proving questions and turns out it may be because I changed his food from what the previous owner was giving him. I was given 2 medications and sent home. Then they even called 2 days later to check on him and make sure he was ok. I hate I don't love in the area or they would definitely be my veterinarian office. I felt heard and my concerns were handled. They did ask for ridiculous tests to be done to drive up the price. And speaking of price. I expected this to cost a arm and a leg. I planted my fee so when I heard the number I wouldn't faint That price was great. There was no over charging whatsoever. I have nothing but great things to say. This is the place to go of you love your fur baby and want him/her to be around people that love him/her too. Cudos to you guys for making my experience a memorable one.
