        Cayce Exterminating has bonded our home since it was t in1995. I (not they) discovered termite damage in my home that appears to have happened years prior. There was also water damage from a leak in the plate brewer first and second floors. Cayce either completely missed damage and the termites quit eating on their own, or they retreated the soil and never told me or the former owner of the home that there was damage. My homeowners paid most of the damage, finding the water damage occurred first, but Cayce didnt pay a dime. Water damage is an exclusion under their contract. I understand that water attracts termites, but how could this damage have gone for years and they never discovered it, or at least they never reported it to me the homeowner? They were supposed to inspect the home every year.

        Unfortunately they werent able to clear up german roach problem I have. They sd 3 treatments and 5 weeks to clear it up. I still have them after 5 weeks and they want to charge more to get job done. I called Orkin and they have money back guarantee so Im now going w them. May cost a bit more but at least i get money back if they dont do the job. Service: Cockroach extermination

      Thanks for the great review Bill! UPDATED on 11/28/2023: Mr. Barnes omitted some very important information. The area of damage was in the crawlspace due to HVAC duct work and being a small area. The water damage was located when Mr. Barnes removed a section of drywall and subfloor in his closet. We actually had to enter crawlspace through the floor to access damage. There was a small amount of termite damage but was excluded from damage repair warranty due to active leak from clogged and overflowing gutters that were not maintained. We retreated this area at no cost to owner and he was notified and actually confirmed the scheduled retreatment date. We have pictures and other documents supporting the facts of this issue.       Hello Michelle, I hate to hear that you are not satisfied with our services. Our last treatment was less than 2 weeks ago so it is normal to still see a few remaining roaches. We would have been glad to inspect and perform another treatment, if needed, but you cancelled your quarterly program and called someone else. It was your decision to discontinue our program so I do not totally understand your issue. Since you live in a duplex, you may want to recommend a treatment program with your neighbor since they could be the source of your ongoing problem.
