Excellent service from the rental office to the main property management office. Spoke to several employees regarding a serious personal matter of a resident that had an emergency after hours. Everyone from the maintenance employee to the property manager Gene stepped up to assist myself (I don't even live locally) while trying to assist the resident who is a family member of mine that needed medical assistance that required paramedics and police to enter the unit. In the meantime there was her cat in the apartment that was left to fend for itself. The complex stepped right in to assist in feeding and care of the cat until we could determine next steps for the pet. The office went above and beyond in professionalism but also concern for the situation. I cannot say enough about how everyone reacted in an emergency situation. They stayed in touch almost daily until the situation resolved over a two week period. I could not have done it without their assistance especially since I live out of town. They have gone above and beyond. It is much appreciated and I will never be able to thank them enough!!!!
