Great location, nice community, FANTASTIC staff. Victoria, Chris, and MVP Krysta take this apartment complex to the next level with their professionalism things get fixed here fast, and the complex is always well-maintained. I've never lived in a rental in Charleston that was managed as well as this one. It isn't cheap, and I wish it were non-smoking, but overall, this is the best place I've rented in Charleston by far (and I've rented a lot of places).

This complex has been amazing! I moved here exactly a year ago and the ladies in the office are why I decided on this apartment! Krysta and Vic were so helpful in making my move here from Florida a stress free easy move. And since then, I have been blessed with the best neighbors(we joke about how great this building is. Seriously, my neighbors are the best) and no issues. Its quiet. Perfect location to literally anything, and tucked away to not be impacted by the James Island traffic. Couldnt be happier and dont plan on leaving anytime soon! 5-stars all the way!

What a fantastic time spent at Sawgrass. Had it not been for school we would have stayed. What made it so enjoyable was the front office staff, maintenance team, and management. Easy to communicate with, prompt with all issues and a true pleasure to work with. They treated us as if we were their only tennants and were professional at all times. This is what rentals should be like and I can only hope others on James Island emulate them. The pool was a plus and the property is always kept clean and maintained looking nice. A huge thank you and we will miss residing here, but school calls. It is the intangible things that make a place something you can call home and the Sawgrass team goes above and beyond to do it right. Outstanding plus!!!

I've only been here a few weeks, and I can already say this place has the best staff of any complex I've ever lived in. They aren't just friendly because you're a customer; they genuinely care and have gone above and beyond for me. The location is unbeatable. Close to downtown and the beach. Neighbors are friendly as can be. Food options everywhere. The buildings are older, but are very well maintained, just like the whole of the premises. The interior is renovated - nice and modern. The rent is very fair for what you get. Much nicer, bigger, and better location than where I was before. Its very cozy, and feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex.
