        There were random fees applied to my bill as I continued to live there with no explanation about it from staff. VERY RUDE office staff. No one answered emails or phone calls ever. My things were thrown out by staff thinking I moved out but my lease was not up yet. My heat broke in the middle of winter and it took over 48 hours to fix with no remorse from staff or care to push it along as an emergency situation. Absolute terrible experience living here I will never be back and never recommend to anyone.
