SKYGARDEN Apartments

Fantastic place to live! All the amenities are great! I especially love the pool. Its super clutch for when the weather starts getting hot. I also have to shout out the community events, they are always a lot of fun!

I think SkyGarden is awesome! I lived here over the summer, and it was great having all of the furniture already in the unit so I wasn't moving it all in and out. Plus having the pool deck with grills and a gym that was open 24 hours a day was super convenient!

I have really enjoyed my experience living at SkyGarden so far! Just last week they had free Chick-fil-a in the lobby. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue; the maintenance team here has been able to address it almost immediately. I lived in a house last year and maintenance issues would go unaddressed for months. I am glad I finally found a place to live where I do not have to worry about outdated appliances constantly breaking.

Update to first review* Building management and maintenance have been horrible after bringing in A New Building manager. I Would not recommend living here. Below is just one of the examples of daily issues, never have I seen an apartment complex that allows trash to pile up like this time and time again right outside the lobby door.

Do yourself a favor and dont spend your money here. Was a great building two years ago. Now they allow individuals to vandalize the building without any concern for the surrounding tenants. Please do not waste your money and get stuck in a lease here.
