930 NoMo

I absolutely loving living at NoMo. The free shuttle to campus is very convenient and the apartments are fully furnished. The leasing staff is super amazing and understanding. Living here is definitely 10/10

I was approached by a very scary creepy man i believe he was maintenance. White man long hair messed up teeth. Started threatening me and throwing up gang signs and spitting at me and my car. I was delivering an Instacart and asked for directions very nicely. He was aggressive and scared tf out of me. Who lets someone like this work around people ?? Very strange. Very frightening. Im shaking while writing this. And apparently the person I delivered Instacart too said the man was caught in some of the peoples rooms. Get this freak out of here for real. Genuinely thought he was going to open my car door.

My son lives here and likes the apartment. However the security is a really big concern. He recently had his moped stolen from the garage that is supposed to be gated and only residents have access with the use of their key fobs. Unfortunately, the garage gate, pedestrian gate and stairwell doors going up to the apartments are broken. The camera's in the garage only have one that works and they can't get the footage quickly to the police. The moped was easily wheeled out the back pedestrian gate. It took almost a month to get the stairwell door fixed and one night a homeless man was sleeping on the 4th floor stairwell. If you live here be sure you have everything locked or chained up. NoMo will not take responsibility for any property that is stolen from their residents. Also, don't open your door without looking out to see who it is and beware of your surroundings. Please stay safe and watch your belongings.

It might be affordable but this is the worst place you could live. We have had issues since day 1. I have given them time to fix this issues. Its been since august now 6 months of fighting with management to fix our washer. It is moldy and does not run correctly and they continue to give excuses. For the past week know i have been calling, leaving email, and going into the office. The general manager is now informing me entirely. No matter how cheap it may be 930 NoMo is not worth it

I have not moved in yet, but so far the process has been good. It has been a painless application and lease process. The folks have done everything they can to make it affordable and painless.
