    Negative stars honestly. If you like mold, bat infestations, and German cockroaches then this is the place for you!! Have a leak in your ceiling?? Dont worry we will just paint over it WITHOUT your permission so a random man will be in your unit unauthorized! If that doesnt make you want to move in tomorrow heres what will! The most obnoxious neighbors Ive ever had. Do you love dubstep at 7:30 AM unlike I do?? Youre absolutely in the best luck ever. Pay the $1000 more for the other apartments its DEFINITELY worth it.

    me, my boyfriend, and my boyfriend's father all live here. There's only one positive thing about the apartment complex, the pool is nice. HOWEVER there is cockroaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment. Secondly THE GYM is SO HOT and the ceiling fans (that move very slowly) as well as the lights automatically turn off every 5 minutes while I'm trying to use the treadmill this is a safety hazard and needs to be fixed. the lights should stay on while using the equipment and should not turn off while people are trying to get cardio in, and there needs to be better air conditioning, before someone falls or passes out from heat exhaustion.

    I must say, that even though I just moved here in November, I havent had many negativeexperiences here at all. When there was an issue, it was quickly addressed. Front office staff is extremely personable. Now grant you, there has been a few new faces added to the team, but I like our new home and my daughter loves it. The neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. The only reason I would have to give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the early pool closing at 9pm and age limits on the pool. My daughter is 14 and I have to escort her and be at the pool with her. Plus it doesnt get dark until about 9 these days. But otherwise, I cannot relate to the bad reviews and I hope everyone doesnt base their decision to move here off of a few bad experiences.

    While there have been a string of 5 star ratings, please note that there have been two different managers since the person most people have been referring to. In fact, there have been at least five different managers that have been in charge of this community over the past two years. Here are some of the incidents that have occurred to me: * On the day we were moving from a different state to our apartment, we were notified that our unit was not ready. I had to switch all of my utilities and agreements to the new unit while on the road. * The first Washer and Dryer Addendum we were presented with on our first lease had conflicting information on it. When presented to the Property Manager, all they could tell me is that they referred it to corporate. No action was done to change this Addendum for over a year. * I have been accused by Property Management for not having a Pet Addendum on my lease, even though I had one. The Property Manager at that time accused me of breaking the lease without first looking at my lease. * I have asked for a set of Rules and Regulations that the Lease refers to, however, no Property Manager has been able to provide me with a set list of rules. * For months, pet waste was left all over the community with no care for enforcement or waste removal. * Despite having a valid and signed Washer and Dryer Addendum, Management entered the unit without prior notice to illegally remove these items. When attempting to 'correct' their mistake, Management provided a lower quality Washer and Dryer in return. * Routine Maintenance had was not something that regularly occurred, and when it did, Maintenance left unit unlocked with Management's copy of the key left in the door. * Little has been done to perform pest control around units as wasp nests that have been reported multiple times to various Managers throughout the years are still intact. * Parking is extremely hard to find and trying to drive through the property has been harrowing at times due to narrow streets and side parking. I have attempted to work with each new Manager with these issues, but all I have received in return is empty promises and additional harassment.

    0 stars!!! If youre looking for a place to live, run for the hills! Maintenance takes forever to come resolve issues and when they do, they perform temporary fixes that last a short period of time leaving you calling back within the next week for the same problem. The trash compacter never works leaving residents tossing their trash anywhere near the dumpster creating piles and piles of garbage creating an eye sore, a major inconvenience and attracting critters and animals. The complex is in dire need of upkeep including power washing, cleaning the steps, etc lastly, management is a revolving door and leasing office employees dont answer the phones or respond to messages or requests. Funny how no improvements are ever made, but the rent increases by hundreds when its time to renew your lease.
