        Beautiful building. Staff is amazing - shout out Jessie James and Sean. But.......rent is WAY overpriced and building management is less than accommodating to tenants - towing cars, raising rent, changing security, etc. This place has gone down hill quickly. Update: We now are experiencing break-ins in the "secure" resident parking area. Rather than address the issue - i.e lack of security, open stairwell access, etc. - the management group has decided to instead blame the residents for leaving valuable items in their car. Gate to the garage was also broken for 3 weeks. Update again: People are now getting their cars stolen from the resident garage. One last update: We are now having a slew of break-ins. Managements inability to properly secure floors has now allowed bad actors to break in and freely steal packages. Requests to secure the floors from the garage has gone unanswered.
