Atlantic on Romney Apartments

After living here for 3 months, I have been thoroughly impressed with all aspects of Atlantic on Romney. The staff (Marco, Dane, & Tresha) have been nothing but accommodating, willing to assist with any questions or requests. 10/10! The building and amenities are thoughtfully designed, adding a lot of value to the property. Being located just steps away from 3 restaurants, a brewery, and a gym creates the best apartment location in Charleston.

Very underrated community. Apartments are new and one of the few complexes I've lived in where the staff knows residents by name. Always something going on. Great spot 11/10 - Tresha and Marco are great!

We've lived here for 2 months and can't say enough great things about the space and particularly, the management! We love our space, the proximity to things, the apartment finishes, dog friendliness, and the amenities! We've worked with Tresha, Dane, and Marco, and they've all been the most helpful and accommodating during our move and while living here. They're in constant communication with residents about things happening in the neighborhood and complex. There's always at least one person working in the office, too. And, they're always putting on some type of resident event with food and drinks, which we love! As for move-in and construction issues stated by other reviewers, we had plenty of generous options and were extremely well-informed of the status of construction and move-in dates. Anytime I reached out regarding move-ins, I received a call or email within the same day. If you're looking for an affordable move/apartment downtown, I definitely recommend here!

Apartments are great. This is the most active community we have seen in Charleston! We have not had elevators for the past two weeks with no update beyond a it is what it is. Disappointing. At least you get your steps in here whenever it floods. Hope its not reoccurring.

I recently toured Atlantic on Romney and was super impressed! The location was what drew me to go look at the property because there are so many things surrounding it and easily more to come. The ambiance of the property is very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. When i got there, the staff dropped everything to give me a tour and were so nice! The pool deck was huge and will be so fun in the summer. I loved that the apartment I saw had huge windows and some rooms had exposed concrete ceilings, but overall they were super spacious. This property is still at the top of my list for potential places to live when i move downtown.
