Our CVP experience was very nice. The property was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Members of the team were responsive when needed during our stay. We would stay at this or another property managed by them.

Everything about the place was great except one major problem. The HVAC system didnt work in the main part of the rental - kitchen, living room, and largest bedroom. And it was the coldest few days in recent history. We complained on day 1 and nothing happened. We complained again day 2 and a gal came out with a second space heater. But we couldnt have both in the same room without tripping circuits, and one space heater barely made a dent in how cold it was. Basically, we froze the second day and night. Ive been sick since, only starting to feel better now. A nice place, but NOT a good experience. You folks need to keep stuff working, particularly equipment thats critical to health and safety.

this cottage is ideally located to explore Charleston. it is comfortable, clean and well equipped for kitchen use. walking in the neighborhood felt very safe.
