I love ulta and have been shopping here for years but my experience today was not great. I felt like someone was following me around the store the entire time I was there thinking I was going to steal. Then when I went to checkout the girl kept rushing me even though there was no one else in line. They had bad phone service and I had a coupon I wanted to use on the app that was $10 off of $40 that wouldnt load. Then I wanted to use my points but she didnt even apply them. Her name was Isabelle and she looked young and unexperienced. Dont work at the register if you have a nasty look on your face and dont like people. I wont be back to this store.

I feel very angry at this moment, we entered this place because I wanted to leave my money there, I entered with my husband, when one of the people serving came to offer help, I told her no thanks, not for now, she heard us speaking Spanish, and she I saw them make some signs to their other companions, I didn't care, and I didn't care about it, from that point on, several of them came to offer to help me, several times after saying no more than 4 times to the same person, with the other People didn't do the same thing, apparently you have to be white and American to buy here, how disgusting.
