There is definitely a lack of customer service! I ordered donuts for delivery (birthday surprise for daughter) and did not realize the online ordering is always for next day (scroll to the very bottom of the order page to find that info). I tried to call the store from 10am-2pm to change my order and no one answered. Went to voicemail so I left 3 messages. I also messaged them on IG and no reply. They dont bother! I had to go pick up the donuts because no one would help me make any changes! Then I left a message asking to refund my delivery fee. AGAIN NO REPLY! So make sure you dont need any help, need to ask a question, or expect any kind of customer serviceyou wont get it. And their website offers no email or a way to cancel an order. Enjoy the donuts but dont expect anything of the employees.
